This project began as an existing, fully-finished office building. New finishes, walls and ceilings were added to convert the space into a church with a sanctuary and classroom areas. A full NFPA 13 black steel dry pipe fire sprinkler system utilizing specific application attic sprinklers was retrofitted into the attic of this existing building. The entire system was able to be installed through three attic accesses in the existing ceiling without causing excessive costs to remove and replace ceilings.
This project was comprised of 15 new two-, three- and four-story apartment buildings totaling 330 apartment units. NFPA 13R fire sprinkler systems were installed to protect the new apartment buildings, and class 1 dry manual standpipe systems were installed in stairwells on the four-story buildings.

NFPA 13R fire sprinkler systems were installed to protect the new apartment buildings and a full NFPA 13 CPVC fire sprinkler system was installed to protect the community building.

This project was a renovation to multiple portions of an existing target store in North West Boise. Fitting rooms, customer service, office areas and stockrooms were updated requiring relocation of existing sprinklers throughout the spaces.
